At the start for lockdown, I joined a Facebook group the were giving weekly portrait challenges of celebrities and impoetant figures in history. It was great to see the weekly contributions, styles and then the mash-ups of our portraits at the end of the week by organiser Candy Joyce of Flipping Zombies.
I've been joining in most weeks ever since and got to know, virtually, many of the other artists too in our own 'mash-up' community.
I can't say I have a favourite as there are so many to choose from now and I'm always inspired to join in weekly as I can't wait to see what everyone produces.
We are planning to do more with these images so watch this space!
